I'm typing with one hand right now. The other hand is busy navigating this ice bottle all over my body. It feels deliciously exquisite as I run it across my chest, behind my neck and around my face. The shower was cold and nice, but I would be much cooler right now if I was standing in front of my box fan.

Ah yes, my good old reliable box fan. I lent it to James when he came by yesterday bearing gifts. Patrick has been teaching him how to brew root beer and he brought over a couple of bottles for us to try. They were pretty damn good.

I just uncapped the ice bottle and poured the melted ice all over my head. Chilling baby! That's all I can say. I hope Janine gets here soon. I really want to take an ice bath, but she won't allow me to take one alone. Especially considering what happened last month. Damn, it's just too hot to type anything right now.
