Helen just got off my butt. She gave me one of her famous back rubs and now I feel like I'm floating. That's what we did today. We floated. Francine let us use her pool and we took turns swimming and floating on top of the inflated pool animals. The water was nice and cool and refreshing. We would have stayed there all day if Francine didn't have a dinner party scheduled.

So we came back here and dug into the fresh fruit tart that Janine had whipped up in the morning. I've lost quite a bit of weight and Janine is trying to get me healthy. Right now, I think they're making smoothies. Personally I'd prefer nachos and if it wasn't so hot, maybe lasagna or pizza, but hey, I'm not complaining. Don't bite the hand that feeds.

I've been typing and deleting this paragraph, because I can't seem to find the right words. Last week was truly messed up. I felt like I was trapped and I had to make decisions that I wasn't ready to make. I like living on my own terms and most of the time I can do that because I don't have anybody to answer to, except myself. I'm totally self sufficient or at least I'd to think so, but really, I'm not.

I build walls and sever myself from things that induce stress. My primary objective in life is to live it without stress or at least minimize the amount that comes my way. When I was younger, I welcomed stress. It was what drove me. It got me to where I am today. Now all I want to do is enjoy life.
