I watched an interesting commercial for Silk soy milk yesterday. In the commercial, a woman spies on the hot new employee and then in her mind she plans the rest of their lives together, from their first date to their marriage. All while sipping on a smoothie that she made from Silk soy milk. The interesting part is, that the woman looks exactly like my friend Vicki. I told Linda and Andrea about the commercial and they had already seen it and made the connection long ago. I tried to research the actress name on the internet, but I haven't had any luck. I'm pretty sure it's Vicki. She always said she wanted to be an actor.

I also like that commercial for Starbucks frappachino, where the doo-wap singers prevent a woman's coworkers from distracting her, while she drinks her frappachino in peace. And that commercial where the band follows a guy around, singing a modified version of "Eye of the Tiger." That was cool. I could have used that today.

I was gone for two days and Corporate almost screws our deal. Paul called me at around 10pm and asked me to come in. It seems that Corporate somehow restructured the contract and loosened the specifications. When the customer saw that, they blew their tops and threatened to pull the remaining accounts. So they called me in to save the day. I love playing hero. I fixed the contract and apologized to the customer and informed them that the issue was resolved and the people that were responsible for the confusion were fired.
