Last night was quiet and I'm glad, because nothing could top last year. This year it was on a Sunday in a different time zone and a different country and I spent nearly the whole day working. Yesterday Janine came home early and made me a special cheesecake with raspberries and chocolate. We went blading and then we came home, showered and watched "Down Twisted" while we devoured several pieces of that scrumptious cheesecake. After the movie, Janine straddled my butt and gave me a delicious back rub that put me to sleep. Mats' office was submerged in the ocean and I swam in there to grab the sword. Once I had it, I unsheathed it and turned it upside down. Then I brought my wrist down upon it and hacked my hand off. It was a clean slice. I kept bringing my arm down, slicing half inch sections of my arm. That sounds alarming, but it isn't. I would never do anything like that in real life. I have too much self control. Plus, I don't surround myself with sharp objects. The dream was a bit of a surprise though. I haven't had many dreams like that this year. Last year was another story, but this year, my dreams have mostly been non-violent. Here are the answers to last week's movie trivia: 1. (1993) "Try as they will and try as they might, who steals me gold won't live through the night." Leprechaun played by Darwick Davis in Leprechaun 2. (2001) "Whoever took the curtains wants to kill my children." Grace Stewart played by Nicole Kidman in The Others 3. (2001) "And did you stop and think that maybe infants need darkness? That maybe darkness is part of their natural development." Professor Monitoff played by Noah Wyle in Donnie Darko 4. (2002) "You nasty thing from beyond the dead, no matter what you think or do, good things will never come to you. And if evil is your black design, you can bet the goodness of the Light Ones...will kick your bad behind? For chrissake! That's it? That's the chant against evil from the Book of Souls? Oh yeah, right boss and what kind of decoder ring comes with that, man? Shit, it don't even rhyme well!" Sebastian "Elvis" Haff played by Bruce Campbell in Bubba Ho-tep 5. (2002) "Here we go, the world is spinning. When it stops, it's just beginning. Sun comes up, we laugh and we cry. Sun goes down, and then we all die." Samara Morgan played by Daviegh Chase in The Ring More movie quotes from Andrea. There are no prizes or anything, but if you guess the correct movies from the following quotes, you might feel good about yourself: 1. (1995) "I saw something nasty in the woodshed!" 2. (1999) "But after my nap I always watch the Kangaroo Song." 3. (2001) "You told everyone to take out their Samurai swords and shave your butt." 4. (2001) "The young ones make great pets. Just make sure you kill them before they mature. Believe me, the last thing you want is a human teenager running around your house." 5. (2003) "When it rains, it's like there's a rooftop on the world. Each raindrop makes a sound the first time it falls on a surface. Just then, it's like...it's like I can see again and...and I just want to...I just want to see you."
